For over a decade, Gafner Hospitality Group has been a cornerstone of the Longmont community — rooted in local sourcing, intentional hospitality, and a deep respect for the people behind the work. This documentary explores their journey since 2015 and the mission that guides everything they do: challenging the stigmas of restaurant work, honoring the value of service, and creating spaces where people are welcomed, nourished, and supported through life’s greatest celebrations and hardest moments.
