For over a decade, Gafner Hospitality Group has been a cornerstone of the Longmont community — rooted in local sourcing, intentional hospitality, and a deep respect for the people behind the work. This documentary explores their journey since 2015 and the mission that guides everything they do: challenging the stigmas of restaurant work, honoring the value of service, and creating spaces where people are welcomed, nourished, and supported through life’s greatest celebrations and hardest moments. The documentary follows an up-and-coming performing artist, Anna Agosta, senior at Columbia College Chicago, from her childhood through old home videos to her vocal career now. It examines her struggles to start a career and how she has progressed as an artist in addition to her creative processes.
